  • 1 bunch Paresley chopped
  • 1 or 2 Long french breads
  • 2 cups Fresh mozzarella shredded
  • 2 tbsp Canola oil
  • 1 large green bell pepper (or 2 smaller) diced
  • 1 large red bell pepper (or 2 smaller) diced
  • 1 medium Carrot diced
  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 4 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 cup Red wine
  • 2-3 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • ½ can Roasted tomato salsa with green chilis
  • 1 tbsp Kosher salt
  • 2 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tsp Mexican chili powder
  • 2 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
