Beer Batter Dredge
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ¼ cup Corn starch
- 1 tbsp Coarse black pepper
- 1 tbsp Lemon pepper
- 2 tsp Old bay
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tsp Red hot seasoning
- 2 tsp Seasoned salt
- 12-14 oz Beer I used fosters
