Cook frozen cheese pizza (Home Run Inn or similar) as per box instructions.
Grill chicken thighs, flipping every 60-90 seconds and basting with buffalo sauce. Cook to 170°F internal temperature, then chop into chunks and toss with buffalo sauce.
8-10 minutes before pizza is done, add sharp cheddar cheese on top and let melt.
Assemble pizza: Add grilled buffalo chicken, drizzle with blue cheese sauce, sprinkle blue cheese crumbles, and garnish with chopped chives.
Pre-cut the pizza before adding toppings, serve, and enjoy.
