- 2 tbsp Kosher salt
- 2 tbsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- 2 tsp Smoked paprika
- 2 tsp Mustard powder
- 1 tsp Cayenne
Sweet Bourbon BBQ Sauce
- 2 cups Ketchup
- 1 cup Mustard
- ¾ cup Light brown sugar dark brown is good too
- ¼ cup Bourbon
- 2 tbsp Coffee infused vinegar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp Molasses
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Dry rub listed above
