Instructions
Pat wings dry and toss with oil and seasonings. Marinate 1-4 hours if time allows.
Set up two-zone grill with direct heat (400-425°F) and indirect heat zones. Oil grates well.
Grill wings over direct heat 10-12 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 175-190°F.
