Roasted Garlic Chimichurri
- 1 bunch Parsley chopped
- 1 bunch Cilantro chopped
- ⅓ cup Oregano chopped
- 1 bulb Garlic roasted
- ½ Shallot diced
- 1 cup Olive oil
- ⅓ cup Red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Lemon zest
- ½-1 Jalapeño use the full pepper if you like spice!
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste about 2 tsp
