  • ½ lb Ground pork
  • 2 tsp Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 tbsp Fresh thyme
  • 3 cloves Minced garlic
  • White onion diced
  • 1 Raw egg
  • cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 pack Sub buns
  • Provolone cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
Meatball Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Canola oil
  • ½ White onion diced
  • 3 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 can Crushed tomatoes
  • 2-3 tbsp Fresh oregano
Fresh Pesto
  • 2 cups Basil
  • ½ cup Pine nuts
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 2 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
