Easy-to-Follow Instructions:

  1. Set Up the Smoker: Heat your smoker to a steady 300 degrees Fahrenheit using applewood chunks for a sweet, smoky flavor.
  2. Prepare the Ham: Dry the ham thoroughly with paper towels. This ensures the Sriracha binder sticks properly.
  3. Apply Sriracha Binder: Evenly spread 2-3 tablespoons of Sriracha sauce over the ham. This adds a spicy layer and helps the seasoning adhere.
  4. Add Seasoning: Generously cover the ham with your favorite pork seasoning for a rich flavor.
  5. Smoking Setup: Place the ham on a wire rack in an aluminum pan. Add 2 cups of Honeycrisp apple juice to the pan to introduce moisture and a hint of sweetness during smoking.
  6. Begin Smoking: Smoke the ham until it reaches an internal temperature of 125 degrees Fahrenheit.
  7. Prepare the Glaze: Mix brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, ground cloves, and cinnamon in a saucepan. Simmer for 6 minutes, then lower the heat and continue simmering for another 15 minutes.
  8. Glazing Time: Once the ham hits 130 degrees Fahrenheit internally, lavish it with the prepared glaze. Continue smoking until it reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  9. Resting Phase: Remove the ham, cover it with foil, and allow it to rest for 15 minutes to retain its juices.
  10. Ready to Serve: Slice and present your mouth-watering Brown Sugar Honey Glazed Ham. It’s bound to be the star of any dining occasion.
