Are you in a crunch for time with dinner? Running out of ideas?
Well, here is an answer to your problems. Garlic Herb Smoked Shrimp, it’s delicious and fairly quick to make, done in 45 minutes. These shrimp are seasoned generously and then tossed in a cast iron with lemon, herbs and garlic just before they are placed on the smoker, the hickory smoke elevates the flavor and you will find yourself making these pretty often.
You can serve these with a simple herb garlic sauce or with a side of buttery grits. I even make them for appetizers whenever we have company.
The list doesn’t stop, they are good with a cocktail sauce, honey mustard or even guacamole, I think at this point they can be served on a taco. For this cook, I kept it very simple and served them by themselves. Yes, they are that good!
Let’s jump into cooking!
